How can I make a reservation?
On the home page of our reservation system, kindly select the room you wish to book. Check the availability for the desired period. Our calendars are up to date and reliable. When we confirm a booking, the calendars are updated automatically. If available, select the requested dates. Follow the steps online and make a reservation request. We will come back to you very shortly with a confirmation proposal. To confirm your stay you will need to pay a deposit equal to the cost of one night if your stay is up to 3 nights and 30% of the total amount for longer stays. Please note that other booking options might exist for dates shown as available. Booking options have no special priority. Options need to be followed by the payment of the deposit to be confirmed. Only the first paid will be confirmed. The other existing options will then be automatically cancelled.
The payment of the balance will be required 30 days before arrival.

Change of dates
Date changes are possible at no cost until 14 days before the intended stay and provided other dates are available. Changes requested later than 14 days before initial date of arrival will be considered as cancellations.

Cancellation policy
Up to 14 days before the arrival date: the deposit is retained
From 13 days to 3 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the stay including the optional services booked with the room will be charged.
From 2 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the stay including the optional services booked with the room will be charged.

The hotel management reserves the right to change these prices without prior notice before bookings have been confirmed.
